Our Baby sessions have a gentle structure, however it is absolutely baby-led and so sleeping, noisy and hungry babies are all welcome. Sometimes a very new baby might sleep all the way through the class – but much of what we do is to give you ideas for activities to share at home with your baby and it won’t be long before they are very alert throughout a class, watching, listening and taking in everything that goes on around them.
