This is a lively class, as children begin to join in with actions, clapping and singing! Although each class follows a structure, we don’t expect children to sit still; we encourage them to respond to the music in the right way for them. There are instruments and puppets for everyone; the classes are relaxed and child-led, although following the same structure every week, which small children find reassuring and increases their confidence. Our classes support the Early Years Foundation Stage and are carefully planned to enhance early speech & language development with music, fun & games for both child and carer! Adults are encouraged to participate fully – children are more engaged and involved when they see their special adult joining in too.
